Hi, I'm JaCee Engelhart, a wedding, senior and portrait photographer. My studio is located in Aberdeen South Dakota, but I am more than willing to travel to where you want to do your shoot. The thing I love most about my photography business is all of the wonderful clients I have photographed who have turned into friends! When I shot my first wedding in 2012 I never knew how much it would impact my life. Every single wedding that I am blessed to be a part of holds a special place in my heart. I love capturing the raw emotion and little details of my couples' big day! With my weekends being full with weddings I fill my weekdays with some of the most bubbly, beautiful, and fashion-forward seniors! Nothing tops photographing a senior in my mind. I love their energy and excitement about being in front of my camera! I would love to walk alongside you capturing the big moments in your life!

I’ve always loved having a camera in my hand! When I was 10 my mom bought me a little polaroid camera and I have been obsessed with them ever since! If I shoot your wedding we will be taking one together<3 I truly believe that Jesus gave me an eye for capturing moments and for the past 11 years, I have been blessed to have my own business doing what I love most! It’s crazy to me that I have captured over 200 weddings and hundreds of seniors.

She was willing to make whatever my vision was work while also making it quick and painless for those who usually don’t enjoy taking photos (groomsmen, ushers, kids)! My brother commented to me after the wedding that she was the best wedding photographer he had ever worked with cause it was so easy! She is always energetic and fun and gives you cues on exactly what to do to make it a stress-free day! So thankful to have had her there to capture our day! We will cherish these photos forever

She has timelines, Excel sheets, and you name it to help plot out the PERFECT day. Not to mention that she works well with any vendor you choose. I am so thankful we chose her to capture our big day!!

I honestly didn’t even notice her throughout the day much because of all of the emotions but looking back on the pictures feels like I’m reliving the day all over again. She was so flexible with the rainy weather which made me so relieved. I’m so happy to have these gorgeous pictures to look back on for the rest of our lives and can’t wait to show our kids how in love we were!
